Total Ecomm Solutions SMS Program

1. By opting in to our SMS program, you will receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and responses to service inquiries submitted through our website forms or appointment booking pages. Our team may also send follow-up messages related to services you have requested. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent.
2. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
